Ars Aperta brings together a team of partners sharing a strong experience and a proven track record in the field of Free and Open Source Software.

Jérôme Dumonteil, engineer, graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lille, Ars Aperta co-founder. He worked as consultant for Andersen Consulting, then for the RATP (Paris area subway and transportation) for 7 years. At the IT department of RATP, he managed the renewal of the IS of the railway material maintenance then was responsible of the technical choices and maintenance for the RATP desktop computer base. In 1999 he joined Mandriva, in the R&D team and in the services department (director of consulting). More than ten years of professional and community involvement in the FOSS field.

Charles-H. Schulz, graduated in the ISEG Paris, has a Master of International Trade and Negociation, Ars Aperta co-founder. He worked in many FLOSS companies including Mandriva and Novell. He is the lead of the Native-Lang Confederation of Openoffice.org. He works at fostering the international development of this successful project. He is in charge of the worldwide coordination of the communities of users, developers and documentation teams of the OpenOffice.org project.

Yvon Rastetter is a senior consultant in the FOSS, telecom and VoIP fields. After working 10 years for major telco companies, he founded his own company in 1985, Cabinet Yvon Rastetter et Associés, specialized on telecom strategies, integrating telephony in IT and building multimedia synergies. At the end of 90's he gained interest in the FOSS movement then progressively switched his consulting efforts towards this sector. He worked on FOSS and telecom strategies with numerous organisations and associations (France Telecom R&D, Governmental Agencies, French District Councils, CIGREF, AILF, AFUL). He is a member of the ADULLACT board of directors since its inception.

André Rebentisch

André Rebentisch, graduated in business administration from the University of Osnabrück. Specialised in business intelligence he became more widely known for his activities in market organisation and regulatory affairs of digital Ínfrastructures. For the past decade he led a large range of project teams to explore the challenges of the digital transformation, to make change on the European level and to sustain an ordoliberal digital agenda. In 2007 he got another degree from his alma mater for his research on a disturbing propaganda writer. Recently he happened to found the LXDE Foundation and to serve as a general secretary with the FFII technologists group.
